​Infinix has rolled out a new software update for Hot 4 users via OTA. After complaints received from Infinix from the smartphone users, Infinix Hot 4 was reported to be rebooting itself and other issues.

Infinix fixed issues with variable finger phone services and auto rebooting itself occasionally. Below is a change-log for fixes.

NOTE: If you have already rooted your Infinix Hot 4, to be on the safer side, you are strongly advised to unroot before proceeding to update the system. Upgrading an already rooted device Over-the-Air or via TF card can get bricked device.

◾To check for the update, just navigate to Settings » About Phone » Software Updates. The update weighs in about 420.29MB.

◾Make sure your device is charged to atleast 80%.
