Opera Browser now comes with free and unlimited VPN.

Opera has just introduce a free VPN feature with unlimited data usage for the users.

The latest version of the Opera Browser will come with the useful feature in other to keep safe or hide your location on the Internet.

To make use of the VPN on Opera, you don’t need any account, The VPN function will be available within its desktop browser with a simple touch of a toggle switch. In the Settings menu, you can select any country from the already three default virtual locations which includes US, Canada and Germany. Expect many more countries soon in the browser, says Opera.

Opera VPN offers 256 bit encryption. Which is the same with the features found in the pay services. The free VPN will allow users to hide their IP addresses, and access blocked sites. This will make it tough for anyone to track your location and computer.

Features of Opera’s free VPN:

*Hide your IP address
*Unblocking of firewalls and websites
*Public WiFi security

This feature is available only in its desktop browser, and not in Opera’s other versions like mobile.

  3. Well I'm a full time mobile app user, I would have loved to have it but it restricted to desktop alone.
